Daniel Hinton Joins Argosy

Daniel Hinton has joined Argosy as Regional Sales Manager, Europe. He will be responsible for supporting the company's broadcast and pro-AV customers in Europe and driving Argosy's plans to grow its business across the region.

Hinton will also add specialist knowledge of KVM extender technology and intelligent mains distribution units (MDUs), something Argosy will be showcasing at IBC2016.

Chris Smeeton, Business Unit Director, Argosy, said: "We are delighted to have Daniel on board as he brings an abundance of technical understanding and expertise from his tenure at ATEN. He is ideally-suited to further build the Argosy business into adjacent markets and support our future growth into key European territories."

Hinton joins Argosy with experience in broadcast equipment sales and business development. He was most recently with ATEN, where he was responsible for working with distributors, resellers and end users to specify solutions in KVM, power management and audio visual marketplaces, as well as growing their customer base.
