LED Creative For Thronecast Project

LED Creative has supplied a range of packages to Sky Atlantic's Thronecast studio set.

Thronecast is a fan companion series that analyses and debates on the latest season of Game of Thrones. It is filmed in front of a live studio audience at Sky Studios.

The set design was created to reflect the medieval nature of the hit fantasy drama show, while also bringing a modern feel.

LED Creative support Lighting Designer Iain Davidson worked on the set. He introduced lighting effects to allow subtle movement across the lattice work that borders the stage, with soft, low key illumination throughout the interview area. LED Creative also installed LED solutions to add clear highlights and accents to the set, without distracting from the overall design.

LED Creative worked alongside the production design crew from the initial concept stages of the show, helping create the desired look using a network of custom-built, energy efficient illumination, including the LC Alpha LED system and a suite of custom-built LED Lightboxes.
