S4C choose Pro-Bel MCS

Welsh broadcaster S4C have purchased a full Master Control System from Pro-Bel to further expand its presentation capabilities.
S4C, based in Cardiff, have invested in two TX420 Presentation Switchers with DVE, two key layers and two channels of audio. The first will be used for S4C's Digital Service, which is transmitted on both Freeview and Sky, and the second for their Analogue Terrestrial service, replacing a Pro-Bel TX220.
In addition, an Eclipse 128 x 128 dual output SDV matrix and a Freeway 32 x 16 SDV router, together with an Aurora control system, were purchased for S4C's Analogue Terrestrial service.
