Evolutions expand and refurbish audio facilities

In line with increased client demand for full audio post-production services, Evolutions have purchased two Digidesign Pro Tools HD audio systems.
The company have also totally refurbished their existing audio suites, making them more client-friendly, and installing 5:1 surround sound and state-of-the-art soundproofing.
Lead sound engineers, Ian Marriott-Smith and Nerys Richards, will operate the new Pro Tools suites.
Marriott-Smith said: “The new purchase was driven by a rise in demand not only for our traditional long-form television programming services but also by heightened client interest in audio for radio and TV commercials. The Pro Tools suites integrate completely with the rest of our facilities, improving our workflow and enabling us to offer our clients a much broader range of audio services in a more client-friendly environment.”
The first project to benefit from the new kit is a documentary for BBC3 entitled 'US-Justice for All'.
