Clare Balding To Present Channel 4 Racing
Clare Balding has announced she will present several of Channel 4's premier racing events in 2016, after extending her racing commitments with the broadcaster.
The BAFTA award-winning presenter will lead Channel 4's coverage of the four-day Cheltenham Festival, the Crabbie's Grand National, the Investec Derby Festival, five-days from Royal Ascot and QIPCO British Champions Day.
In addition, Nick Luck will co-present at the premier meetings alongside Clare including joint presentation of the 2016 Crabbie's Grand National.
Clare will then front Channel 4's coverage of the Paralympics in summer 2016.
Ed Havard, Channel 4's Head of TV Events, said: "Clare has crafted world class, award-winning coverage of racing on Channel 4. We are delighted that she will be fronting so many events in 2016 and that she will continue to showcase the sport for our audiences together with the outstanding team at IMG."
Clare Balding added: "I'm delighted to continue presenting the major racing events for Channel 4 and be part of their hugely exciting plans for 2016 by helping broadcast them to the widest possible audience."
