Cooke Optics To Present At SMPTE 2015

Cooke Optics is to present its growing Anamorphic/i range to the SMPTE 2015 Conference & Exhibition taking place at Moore Park, Fox Studios in Sydney, 14 to 17 July.

Cooke will demonstrate its newly announced 65mm Macro Anamorphic/i 2x Prime lens, along with its Anamorphic/i, 5/i, S4/i, and miniS4/i lens sets.

As well showcasing its range of lenses, Les Zellan, Chairman and Owner of Cooke Optics will be presenting his 'How to Make a Lens' Lecture to the Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS), on 16 July in the ACS Clubhouse in Sydney. The talk, entitled 'The Cooke Look – An Evening with Les Zellan', will discuss how the high-end, academy-award winning lenses are made.

The presentation will also be repeated to the ACS in Melbourne on 21 July in the Lemac Theatrette, with the final leg taking place on Thursday 23 July in Auckland to the New Zealand Cinematographers Society (NZCS).
