BOXmedia 'Leeds' the way
Many television companies and independent producers are choosing Leeds, both as a background location and for the best in production resources and staffing.
At the forefront of this major offensive by the North of England in the world of television, film and corporate & training video production is BOXmedia of Leeds. Already boasting a solid reputation of producing music promos incorporating the cutting edge of current technology, production techniques and with a flair for innovative direction, BOXmedia last year scooped the ‘Best Post-Production award’, which recognises outstanding achievement in editing and special effects held at the Manor Hotel in Meriden, which formed part of the two-day IOV Convention 2002 at the National Motor Cycle Museum in Birmingham.
BOXmedia also beat off the national competition and won the coveted contract to devise and produce a public relations information film for international passenger carrying company First – highlighting and featuring some of First’s innovative operating practices and future plans for the transportation of passengers by public transport. It was a magnificent coupe for Leeds and for BOXmedia.
Now BOXmedia have again been successful in winning the contract to direct and produce a ground-breaking Environmental Training video for First featuring both train and bus operation and maintenance. BOXmedia was an obvious choice to tender, but the job was won against the stiffest of competition from rivals in other regions of the UK including London –based production companies.
