Anevia ViaMotion Wins Streaming Media Europe Award
Anevia ViaMotion has taken top prize in the Streaming Media Europe 2014 Server Hardware/Software category of the journal's 2014 European Readers' Choice Award, as chosen by readers.
The event this year attracted a record-breaking 352 nominees and more than 3,500 voters. The award was presented during a reception at the Streaming Forum in London on Tuesday June 24.
"This success demonstrates very clearly the high level of industry recognition ViaMotion has achieved since we first introduced this truly innovative system," comments Anevia's Chief Technology Officer and co-founder, Damien Lucas. "All industry awards are appreciated, particularly those based on the specifically expressed opinions of a leading trade journal's readers."
ViaMotion is a complete multiscreen Over-the-Top video software suite for telecommunication service providers, broadcasters and content owners. ViaMotion is used for deploying multiscreen solutions for head ends and content delivery networks including live nPVR, catchup and timeshifting.
