SMPTE Member Adder Wins Queen's Award For Enterprise

SMPTE has announced that that Adder Technology, a SMPTE sustaining member based in the UK, has received a Queen's Award for Enterprise in the category of innovation.

Adder Technology earned the award for its AdderLink Infinity solution, a hardware-based, digital keyboard, video, and mouse (KVM) matrix used for controlling and distributing digital video signals.
Infinity is used across industries and applications, from pro AV, broadcasting and post production to command and control and industrial process automation, to enable an unlimited number of users to connect to various computers and access content via a standard IP network. Users and machines can be separated by distance, yet operators maintain real-time control of computing resources.
"Adder Technology has long been a leader in developing and delivering high-performance KVM products, and we congratulate the company on earning this well-deserved recognition of its forward-looking approach to product and solution design," said Barbara H. Lange, executive director at SMPTE.

The Queen's Awards for Enterprise are designed to recognise and encourage achievements by businesses in the UK, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.
