MCD Auctions announces major sale

MCD Auctions have announced that their next major sale by auction of video, camera, and studio equipment is to be held at Unit A, Twickenham Trading Estate, Rugby Road, Twickenham on April 24 at 10.30am.
Items in the MCD auction include: a Discreet Logic Dual Licence Flame/Smoke System; a Softimage Extreme XSI 3D Animation System; and a complete ProTools/ProControl TV Sound Dubbing Studio.
By category among the items included for sale by auction are: non-linear systems including Avid and Media 100 systems; videotape recorders such as Digital Betacam, Betacam-SX and SP, DVCAM, DVCPRO, D2, D5, BVH, Umatic and VHS formats; a large selection of cameras, camcorders, lenses and camera support equipment; a large selection of studio equipment including vision mixers, caption generators, test equipment, monitors, audio equipment, matrices, talkback systems and more.
Equipment may be viewed and tested on Tuesday April 23 from 11am to 7.30pm, on sale day viewing only begins at 9.30am.
