AVT helps deliver the ‘Essence of Komedia’

Brighton-based video, multimedia and live events production company, AVT have teamed up with Komedia to produce a short video programme for Komedia’s newly re-constructed website which is being launched at Komedia’s 2002 open day on April 20.
Users can view the video by clicking on the link on the Komedia website, select the Internet connection type and media player following the on-screen prompts and, after a short buffering period, the video will start playing.
Most modern multimedia computers will already have a media player installed, but if required, one can be easily installed using the link provided.
AVT’s video streaming production service has recently been enhanced further by their new Multimedia Broadcasting System (MBS), which enables clients to produce and publish their own, professional streaming media content.
Jon Fox, AVT’s Head of Multimedia, added: "We are particularly delighted to produce this video for Komedia, because we share the belief of offering quality, creative, innovative and easily accessed communications to our audiences. Streaming is ideal for just this type of application, as well as many others including advertising, viral marketing, time-sensitive reports, and conference presentations."
The Komedia site, www.komedia.co.uk , has been designed to give a brief overview of what Komedia is about - the best in theatre, comedy, music, workshops, spoken word, live literature and children's events at the heart of Brighton.
