Cobham Big Up World's Smallest Wireless HD Transmitter

RF specialists Cobham will demonstrate 'SOLO7 Nano HD', the world's smallest wireless HD transmitter, at CABSAT 2014.
The Nano is an HD digital video transmitter designed specifically for POV and body-worn applications.
With Cobham COFDM and H.264 encoding technology at its core, the transmitter supports composite, SDI, HD-SDI and HDMI video input formats.
Small size and low power consumption also make the Nano HD suitable for unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) applications.

The Nano HD Transmitter offers various modulation options including DVB-T modulation for full HD and compatibility with existing systems; Cobham UMVL modulation for high speed operation (motorsports) and performance at high frequencies (6 & 7GHz); and Cobham Narrowband (2.5 MHz), Ultra Narrowband (1.25 MHz) and Ultra-X (625 kHz) bandwidths. The narrowband modes enable users to share scarce spectrum allocation extremely efficiently.
The Nano HD Transmitter can be controlled via either USB or via RS232. The versatile and intuitive Cobham Field Controller can also be used.
Nano HD will be demonstrated at CABSAT 2014 in Hall 2, Stand B6-30.
