Go audiovisual with X-Melina’s online training

X-Melina has launched an online European training programme that encourages professionals in the areas of cross-media, new technology, productions, education and broadcasting to train in other areas of expertise.
The program offers training in the fields of management and financing, marketing and promotion, productions organisation, new technologies, and 3D animation and virtual reality, and participants are taught by experienced European tutors, using modern training approaches and e-learning.
It includes a 30-hour e-learning course to be completed by July 15 2003 and a four-day workshop held in Athens from July 23-27 2003.
Fifteen attendants of the on-line courses will be selected to continue with the workshop, and a participation fee for the workshop is limited to the flat amount of euro 600 (18% VAT= euro108 is applicable to those without a valid EU VAT number.
This fee will include, an on-line course fee, workshop fee, didactic material, notes, CD-ROM, travel expenses (economy class air ticket/train ticket), accommodation for a four-day stay at a 4-star hotel, breakfast, lunches, coffee breaks, one welcome reception, and a certification of participation. Limited numbers of fellowships are available.
For those wishing to participate in the programme, the application deadline is June 30, and the end of the selection procedure for the workshop will be July 17. The 15 participants chosen to take part in the workshop will be notified weekly.
