Barco bring digital to Cannes

Barco, the projection systems design and development specialist, have been intimately involved with the Cannes Film Festival for the sixth year in a row.
Barco systems and equipment installed in the Louis Lumière and Debussy auditoriums enabled spectators to discover or rediscover several masterpieces, including a documentary in 3D, a restored film and movies from the different 'selections', all screened in digital format.
One of the highlights of this 56th edition of the Cannes Film Festival was the 3D screening of James Cameron's documentary, 'Ghosts of the Abyss.'
