CPL Launch New Broadcast Division

West Midlands UK-based technical solutions specialist, Central Presentations Ltd (CPL), has launched a new Broadcast Division – CPL Broadcast - which is dedicated to supplying film and TV crews with equipment and technical packages specially tailored to a variety of studio, OB and location work.
CPL Broadcast is headed by Lee Gruszeckyj (Lee G) who joined the company last year with the new division in mind.
Gruszeckyj has a wealth of experience in the world of broadcast and video, is highly respected in this area and has numerous contacts.
CPL's business has been steadily expanding over the last three years. CPL Broadcast is a related diversification specifically designed to fill and grow a healthy demand in the Midlands area for the appropriate camera, audio, lighting and grip equipment by those working on news shoots, promos and commercials.

Considerable thought and pre-planning shaped the equipment investment and packaging that launches the new Division, and this follows extensive research into what crews and engineers active on-the-ground really want. CPL Broadcast identified the need for flexible, easy to use and adaptable packages that can be transported anywhere.
All equipment is packaged in rugged, highly portable Peli cases and robust kit bags which can be fitted into a crew car without any hassles or taken on the plane either as checked luggage or even cabin baggage.
Cameras include a large stock of Sony PMW-500s and F55s etc. complete with battery packs, monitors filters, accessory kits, etc.
Lighting brands include Kino Flo and ARRI, also available as portable kits designed for quick and simple deployment anywhere, with fuss-free cable management.
CPL's easily accessible HQ and warehouse in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, is a major factor in the equation. "There is definitely a demand for this type of kit in the Midlands and we are ideally located and convenient for anyone working in a wide catchment area which includes North Wales," confirms Gruszeckyj.
