Metamedia Services wins Welsh Assembly archive contract

Metamedia Services has been awarded a contract to produce a requirements specification of the National Assembly for Wales Broadcast Archive project.
An independent management consultancy specializing in Media Asset Management (MAM) solutions, Metamedia Services have a growing client list, including 'blue chip' broadcasters and several industry leading solutions providers.
"Metamedia Services is very pleased to have won this contract," said company Director Mark Hill. Established under the Government of Wales Act 1998, the National Assembly for Wales maintains a comprehensive record of its proceedings, both Plenary sessions and Committees, and makes this record accessible to Members, broadcasters, officials and citizens.
All Plenary sessions in the Assembly's Cardiff Bay premises are recorded in sound and vision. Sound-only recordings are made of regional committees and other Committees held at other locations. All master recordings are made to broadcast quality.
