ScheduleBox Stars At NAB 2013

PlayBox Technology showcased its new line of web-based solutions at NAB this year, starting with Multi Playout Manager (MPM), NewsRoomBox and ScheduleBox.
ScheduleBox is a web-based client/server solution for creation and management of advanced schedules. It operates within a web browser where the GUI handles template-based TV broadcast plans, and offers management of single, or multiple, TV channels.
The solution provides access control based on multiple levels of user rights allowing different people to operate different media or channels remotely.
Programme Schedules with daily, weekly or monthly views and programme block management per TV channel provide monitoring and control of the different block statuses, such as Draft, New, and Ready for publishing. Gaps or Overlaps are also identified in the programme blocks.
ScheduleBox is a solution designed for TV channels that use a block-based program schema. It can operate with multi-format TV channels with predefined and repeated blocks as part of the program schema, and is designed to provide control and information gathering and improve organisation.
