Phoenix TV Selects Netvue IPTV Television Distribution System

Netvue, an IPTV systems integrator, has installed a solution for Phoenix TV to distribute television signals around their new production centre and studios in West London, England, UK.
The new IPTV streaming system was designed and installed by Netvue as an
integral part of the new production centre's infrastructure.
It enables staff to view satellite TV feeds from around the world as well as the internal feeds from the TV studios and production suites.
Phoenix TV is a Hong Kong-based Chinese television broadcaster that serves the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong along with other world markets with substantial Chinese viewers.
The new London production centre gives Phoenix TV a base for UK and Western European news-gathering and TV programme production.
Netvue's IPTV streaming system distributes a range of TV channels, carrying live broadcast TV from 4 satellites plus IP encoded video and audio from the on-site TV studios. The IPTV channels are streamed across the company's IT network to multiple TV screens throughout the production facility.
Netvue also provided Phoenix TV with a Digital Signage unit with IPTV display capability, that lets them show company information screens and information from the Internet, as well as applying Phoenix TV company branding to the display of IPTV channels.
