PS Creative complete spot for Drayton Manor

Birmingham based PS Creative have completed a new 3D computer animated TV/cinema spot for Drayton Manor, one of the country’s premiere family theme parks.
Directed by Ralph Tittley of Kane Partnership, the 30-second commercial was created by PS Creative’s animation team, headed up by Martin Povey, with edit and sound post production completed by Sound & Picture House, overseen by SPH’s Ed Duffield.
“This is the first time Drayton Manor has chosen to promote a ride using animation and without using shots or simulation of the ride itself”, said PS Creative’s Martin Povey.
'Excalibur', Drayton Manor’s new family adventure ride is due to launch in April of this year and will "immerse the passenger in legend, myth and mystery", using a tale of three hapless medieval knights and a dragon as a teaser commercial.
The prime time national television commercial will coincide with the ride launch and is scheduled to appear on terrestrial and satellite simultaneously throughout the spring.
