Teracom Group Selects Tribold EPM And Tribold CPQ For Communications
Tribold, the world’s leading provider of software solutions powering product agility for Communication Service Providers (CSPs), announced the Teracom Group has selected Tribold EPM and Tribold CPQ.
The Teracom Group offers a wide variety of communication solutions for radio and TV. For Teracom Group’s Pay-TV business in Boxer Sweden, Boxer Denmark and PlusTV in Finland, Teracom has selected Tribold, the leading provider of software solutions powering product agility for Communications Service Providers, to underpin its Customer Service & Products Transformation program.
“Having a single place in which to model our increasingly complex TV and broadcast offers is paramount to delivering more coherent products and better value for our customers” said Martin Carlsson, Director of Pay-TV IS, at Teracom Group. “Tribold are the right partner as they allow us to create, update and manage what and how we sell to our customers from a single platform. Tribold CPQ also ensures our customers and channels are always working off a single point of Product truth so that customer orders can flow seamlessly through our back-end systems”.
