New Indoor/Outdoor Camera Head Unveiled
Canon is building on it's HD pan-tilt-zoom success with a new compact and versatile camera head.
The new XU-80 remote control HD pan-tilt-zoom camera head is a versatile indoor/outdoor single-CMOS camera system. Its compact size, quiet operation and waterproof and dustproof construction make it ideal for a vast range of applications from outdoor event broadcasting to traffic monitoring to video conferencing.
It follows in the footsteps of its successful brothers, the BU-46H (outdoor) and BU-51H (indoor) PTZ camera systems designed for higher end applications. As a 'smaller brother', it is optimized for both environments whilst providing economies of scale and incorporating the same control protocols as its siblings.
