Strong Hire Helps Halo Post Festive Animation
An Air Entertainment Group brand has provided three Pro Tools systems to Halo Post Production to assist its audio work on the forthcoming animated film, Arthur Christmas.
Halo needed to augment its existing Pro Tools infrastructure with extra systems to handle the demands of the FX-heavy, big budget film and to meet tight deadlines. Strong Hire provided and installed the additional systems, which will be used for around four weeks, and will also provide ongoing technical support.
John Rogerson, Chief Executive Officer and Audio Mixer/Sound Designer, said: "Halo hadn't worked with Strong Hire before, but a number of our team recommended them.
"They have provided first class service, high levels of technical expertise and excellent support. They are also competitively priced, and are friendly and pleasant people to deal with."
Arthur Christmas, produced by Aardman Animation and Sony Pictures Animation, features the vocal talents of James McAvoy, Jim Broadbent and Bill Nighy. It is due for release in the UK on 11 November 2011.
