Kaydara announces FBX component for QuickTime 6
Kaydara, a leading developer of 3D animation software, have announced from MacWorld the preview version of the FBX component for QuickTime 6.
The FBX component gives animators and digital content creators the ability to view and manipulate 3D content in the QuickTime Player. By integrating technologies that join 2D, 3D, video and audio on a desktop computer, Kaydara’s FBX component for QuickTime fulfills the need for a high-end desktop mixed media viewing solution.
"The FBX component was designed to give QuickTime users the ability to interact with 3D animation, video and audio content through Kaydara's FBX format," said Dan Kraus, Kaydara director of business development for entertainment. "This incredible solution gives production professionals a quick way to view and sign off on 3D content, and allows users to interact with 3D without having a professional 3D package installed."
