Tyrell CCT Provides Niagara 7500 HD To Stream Live Concerts

Tyrell CCT, a leading supplier of digital media solutions, has announced that the company has provided ViewCast's Niagara 7500 HD streaming solution to broadcast two independent events, both happening tonight at 8pm, live to the internet in High Definition video.
Muzu.tv and Opera Ireland will both use the ViewCast Niagara 7500 streaming appliance to stream a live concert by Rodrigo y Gabriela and the opening night of Puccini's Tosca at the Gaiety Theatre Dublin.
Muzu.tv are an online music video portal based in Dublin, who regularly host live concerts and interviews with musicians and bands. The well loved and respected Mexican guitar duo Rodrigo y Gabriela will perform a live concert in the Muzu.tv in-house studio on Thursday November 11 at 8pm. The concert will be broadcast free on the Internet in HD at Muzu.tv. At the same time, less than 500 metres away in the Gaiety Theatre, Opera Ireland will stream the opening night of their 2010 season with a performance of Puccini's Tosca. This is Ireland's first ever live Internet streaming of opera and audiences can watch Puccini's tragic masterpiece featuring internationally acclaimed Irish soprano, Orla Boylan for free, from 7:30pm on: www.platformireland.ie, a new Irish arts and cultural digital channel. Using computers or smart phones, opera lovers can watch Thursday's performance under the baton of maestro Gialuca Martinenghi in HD from the comfort of their homes or on the go.
