Canis Announce Unique Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen to purchase an entertainment channel in the UK market.
Film24 is a free-to-air channel in a strong position (channel 157) on the Sky Digital EPG (UK digital satellite).
The channel has built a loyal brand in the entertainment genre and broadcasts a unique mix of movies, documentaries, film enthusiast quizzes and programming and a range of top quality series from the US.
Whilst the previous operating company is in liquidation the channel does not immediately have to cease broadcasting.
Canis Media has taken over the day to day management of the channel and is helping the owners to look at business options for the future, including;

• A simple outright sale of this premium EPG position on Sky
• A rescue package for the channel, which achieved excellent audience ratings
• A joint venture with a new channel owner in the UK or overseas
