XpanD's 3D Technology On Display

A top international company's 3D products are to be re-focused next week with a second attempt to showcase products for the media.
While XpanD's earlier efforts to bring an exclusive 3D technology demonstration to London were thwarted by the Icelandic Volcano in April, the event has now been rescheduled.
XpanD - which was created by industry veterans in theatrical exhibition, entertainment, film production & distribution, and specialty film and digital technologies - and has subsidiaries in the United States with offices in Las Vegas, Nevada and Los Angeles, California - will be in the capital on Monday.
The technology leader in active 3D glasses and international leader in cinema systems that are being deployed will be demonstrating its world-leading 3D technology exclusively for the media.
Chief Executive Officer Maria Costeira will lead the demonstrations along side Chief Strategy Officer Ami Dror.
Costeira wants to make sure all fans of three-dimensional entertainment are well prepared and educated to make their 3D television broadcast, movie and video game experiences as clear in their minds as they are on their new in-home 3D entertainment systems.
She said that the world cup will be broadcast in 3D: "What better way to kick off this momentous occasion by knowing exactly how the technology performs?"
The universal 3D glasses demonstrations will take place throughout the day at the Renaissance London Chancery Court Hotel.
XpanD was created by industry veterans in theatrical exhibition, entertainment, film production & distribution, and specialty film and digital technologies and is funded by a European investment fund.
This broad range of professional entities are the driving force in creating the ultimate Digital 3D experience.
