Scott Joins 4DVD

A special company that manages TV rights through a range of businesses, including DVD distribution, 4DVD, has made a new appointment.
Jess Scott is the new Product Manager at 4DVD, Channel 4's wholly-owned DVD distribution arm.
Reporting to Karla Berry, Marketing and Sales Manager at 4DVD, Scott will work across some of 4DVD's key brands this year, including The Inbetweeners Series III and Jimmy Carr's new live DVD Making People Laugh.
She will be responsible for managing a portfolio of DVD releases, overseeing marketing campaigns and promotional activities, and building relationships with production companies, talent and agents.
Ms Scott will also work closely with the 4DVD sales and acquisitions team, as well as manage external agencies and liaise with Channel 4's marketing and publicity teams, commissioning editors, new media, sponsorship and VOD departments.
She joins 4DVD from Paramount Home Entertainment, where she was a brand manager working across TV, new releases and the film catalogue.
During her time there she worked on such high profile US TV series as Dexter, Californication and Sex and The City, and blockbuster movies including World Trade Centre and Dreamgirls.
