Rushes complete Premiership idents
Soho based Rushes have completed a series of idents for ITV's The Premiership.
These colourful, lively idents kick off to the pumping sound of U2's 'It's A Beautiful Day', as we watch a football soar through the clouds. We then see brilliant vignettes depicting urban scenes with newspaper pictures, billboards and bus stop posters, featuring star premiership players coming to life and performing world-class skills.
We also see flashes of fantastic saves, skillful goals, cheering crowds, shouting managers and coaches, all with shots of key players; featuring, Ryan Giggs, Joe Cole, Roy Keane, Rio Ferdinand, Sol Campbell, to name a few.
Rushes' Duncan Malcom said: "The project required a diverse range of post production skills. The overall graphical device that is used for the wipes, in-studio monitor displays, full screen graphic background and the title sequences was created in flame by myself, Marcus Wood and director Victor Martinez. Victor¹s vision was to blend the images, using a variety of technique such as, stencil effects and step-animation, giving each scene a unique style."
