Eyeheight expands PresTX range

Eyeheight have announced an expansion to its PresTX series of master control equipment: the Key-Eazy vision mixer/keyer, Mix-Eazy vision mixer, Bug-Eazy bug inserter, Touch-Eazy touchscreen controller and Sounds-Eazy digital audio mixer.
These new introductions provide exceptionally cost-effective systems for use in a wide range of broadcast presentation applications.
Key-Eazy is an SDI vision mixer and keyer with embedded audio, optimised for integration into automated networks. It occupies three cards in a compact 1 U Eyeheight Flexi-Box housing. Features include serial digital mix/wipe with external reference input and preview output plus integrated embedded audio mixer and a downstream keyer, also with independent preview output. An integral automation interface card can be software-configured for specific automation systems.
Mix-Eazy is a cost-effective A/B vision mixer for use in manual operational environments. It incorporates an embedded audio mixer, flexible master control panel with access to individual functions, pre-programmed T-bar fader, mix/wipe/cut, and take. Mix-Eazy comprises an FP10 and VP-10 control panel plus a single card in Eyeheight’s 1 U Flexi-Box.
Bug-Eazy is a logo inserter allowing forward, backwards, looped, bounced or triggered bug playout. Integral facilities include independent programme and preview channels, cue-dot-based real-time logo animation acquisition and a keyer allowing bug fading. Internal fade-to-black selection is provided on the main programme output. Up to six Bug-Eazy units can be accommodated in a 1 U rackmount chassis.
Sounds-Eazy is a cost-efficient digital audio mixer accepting one embedded audio source plus two AES digital sources. Designed for easy integration into automated systems, Sounds-Eazy outputs audio embedded into serial digital video plus an independent AES digital audio channel. Features include input channel manipulation (stereo, mono and track-to-track channel switching), auto transitions and audio level control. Fully transparent to all other embedded audio signals, it accepts synchronous and asynchronous AES sources. Up to six Sounds-Eazy mixers can be housed in a single 1 U high 19 inch rack width Eyeheight Flexi-Box with either a local or remote control.
Touch-Eazy is a touchscreen master controller forming the virtual front end of a software based production switcher. It enables control of program, preview and two auxiliary buses with up to 42 inputs. Touch-Eazy provides full user-configurability and control of mix/wipe, multiple downstream keyers and logo insertion. The screen itself is a 15 inch IntelliTouch acoustic wave TFT display. The supporting electronics are housed in a 1 U rackmount chassis with 40 gigabyte HDD, FDD, CD-ROM drive and Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system.
