TechnoTrend's First IP Digital Receiver

A German-based digital technology company, have launched their first Pure-IP-Product with the digital receiver TT-micro IP830.
TechnoTrend Goerler GmbH have introduced a product shaped for the future. Unlike the normal and hybrid receivers, the new set-top-box connects the TV directly via the Ethernet port with the internet.
The whole spectrum of innovative broadcast IPTVs can thus be received without a connection of DVB. The compact digital receiver of the TT-micro-family offers an ideal price-performance ratio and thus attracts especially international telecommunication companies, who invest in the IPTV receiving technology.
Thomas Gerlach, CEO of TechnoTrend Goerler GmbH commented: "With the TT-micro IP830 we combine the possibility of IPTVs including its innovative IP recall service with an attractive user interface.
"Our focus lies on the highest flexibility possible for international telecommunication companies."
IPTV stands for broadcast TV but also broad recall services like video-on-demand and streaming make this receiving technique attractive.
In particular the attractive user interface with scaleable vector graphics (SVG) was integrated together with partner Ekioh. This demonstration standard allows an individual adjustment to the requirements of international telecommunication companies.
The integrated technology of the TT-micro IP830 is based on the latest ST micro chip sets. The digital receiver is amenable to various conditional access and middleware solutions.
Also for this digital receiver TechnoTrend Goerler attaches great importance to low power consumption: In comparison to DVB receivers the novelty requires considerably less power and possesses - depending on the customer’s demand - a deep-standby-function.
The IP-Receiver TT-micro IP830 TechnoTrend Goerler offers an outstanding solution for telecommunication companies, especially where future orientation, functionality and user-friendliness is concerned.
