Head Chef and company owner Mark Winfield has over 28 years experience in film location catering. Starting off with a company called Silent Movies in 1988, before running his own. The wealth of experience from working 5 star cuisine, here and abroad has put him in good stead to provide excellent food. Over the years ‘them’ have catered for all the major production companies and advertising agencies, both in the UK and in Europe.
