About Luke

Luke has been operating Steadicam rigs for over five years now, flying a huge variety of cameras from DSLRs to the Alexa. He owns a 24v Steadicam Archer rig plus a selection of crucial accessories. He is based in London, UK.

In January 2017 Luke worked as 1st AC and Steadicam Op on the Short Film The Silent Child. At the 2018 Oscars, The Silent Child won 'best live action short' - a huge achievement for an indie-short, and a testament to the strength of the team who produced it.

Luke produced the short film Secret Station whilst at University - a visual journey through Aldwych, a disused station on a now defunct branch of the Piccadilly Line. The film has now had over 1.5 million hits on YouTube.
