IT BEGAN IN THE EARLY 90s...
... when I was placed in HETV (a Belfast-based production company) for a year's work experience. I soon became an expert tea maker and messenger, but through it all I learned a lot about the television and media industry.

I decided to embark on a career as a sound recordist and worked as a freelancer for many production companies recording sound for education and corporate videos. My break into TV came when I was asked to work on BBC Northern Ireland's farming program 'County Times'.

From Current Affairs, News & Light Entertainment I have worked on a wide range of projects, even recording GCSE & A-Level language examinations for the curriculum council.

THE LEAP INTO THE UNKNOWN...
...with 10 years of broadcast & corporate experience behind me I took the decision in 2003 to form my own production company 'Espirito Productions Ltd'. My company has grown from strength to strength and its reputation of a bespoke, personal service has allowed it to continue to have long-term partnerships with clients such as Kellogg's, Ulster Bank, AIB, Waddell Media, UTV & Evergreen Media. I have asked many people, 'why do you keep coming to me?'; they told me that it's because of my personal service. So with that in mind, in 2015 I decided to rebrand the business simply 'aaronlilburn.com'
