All staff are fully trained and have the relevant qualifications in Manual Handling, Health and Safety, Fire Marshalling and First Aid. Full inventories of all items and their condition are provided when they arrive at the store and crossed checked when they leave ensuring that every set is returned in the same condition it arrived.
