SONY PMW500, SONY F5, HD, CREWS

With over 20 years experience in the camera department, my work has crossed all the programme boundaries, single and multi camera, magazine to sport to documentary, pop promos to training videos. During my career, I have worked extensively on film and video and embrace any new technology with great interest and enthusiasm.

I have my own HD kits (Sony PMW-500 and PMW-F5) which allows me great flexibility on rates, but with my superb connections in both boutique and major hire companies, I can supply whatever format you might be looking for. Of course as well as an extensive lighting kit, there are a million other bits and pieces that come with me that might seem unimportant, until you need them.

Although I own my own kit, I am quite happy to shoot on your kit. It is not a prerequisite that if you book me, you HAVE to use my kit!

As one of the first owners of a Sony F5 in the UK, I have now amassed huge experience on this camera and its brother the F55, shooting in all manner of circumstances using the most of its enormously flexible array of codecs and recording methods.

Multi camera is no stranger to my skillbase, with substantial experience of OB and multi camera work both cabled and wireless.

I can also provide crew and have a list of many great people across all grades and crafts, runners, make-up and wardrobe; DITs and wranglers, sound, lighting, grips and riggers.

If you are coming from overseas and need help with locations I can help organise feature film credited location and unit managers, even glacier and climbing safety teams.

I pride myself in my adaptability and also being able to keep on working professionally in any circumstances, whatever the weather, wherever I am and however long the day has become.

Whatever you need for your shoot I can provide it, freeing you from having to make those calls and emails.
