Irton Hall

Irton Hall is 5 minutes away from the winner of Britain's Greatest View, Wastwater. It looks down on England's deepest lake and is surrounded by Scarfell Pike (England's highest peak), Great Gable and Red Pike Mountains. It is an ideal location for production companies filming in the lake district and offers the perfect base for production companies to operate from, with quality accommodation and plenty of room for location vehicles to park and operate from.

The Hall is steeped in history. Both Oliver Cromwell and Henry VI visited here, so the atmosphere and character of the Hall would be ideal for a period drama or even a murder mystery!

The views from the grounds are amazing as you will see and the location, though not totally isolated, is secluded enough to avoid distractions while filming.
