Jamie has a team of talented chefs all with impressive backgrounds. Jamie himself trained at Westminster college then moved onto the London restaurant & Event circuit working for Marco Pierre White for just under two year. Then going into the of world motor sport travelling the world. He was certainly well-versed in the logistics of location catering before joining the management team at Fayre Do's.
