Peli Protective Cases UK celebrate their 20th anniversary year in 2012. From humble beginnings the company has grown significantly. Moving to bigger premises twice during the two decades, Peli Protective Cases UK now occupy a 20,000 sq ft purpose built facility with offices, warehousing and logistics operations in a stunning location at the edge of the Pennines in Glossop.

Peli Protector Cases have become well established in the market as essential protection for broadcast and photographic equipment, offering watertight cases, dustproof cases and crushproof security cases. Over the two decades the Peli range of cases has developed and there are now more than 60 sizes of cases to choose from. The small Micro Cases are ideal protection for compact cameras, mobile phones and small electronics. The range extends to large wheeled transport cases, for moving bulky or heavy, fragile loads.

Features include easy-open, double-step latches to secure the contents while metal reinforced padlock protectors stop the case from being cut or pried open. Foam inserts or padded divider systems are available to customise the interior to protect the contents against impact, vibration and shock.

New 1745 Peli™ Air Case

The Peli™ Air Case range has been expanded with the launch of the new 1745 case; designed for long equipment. Peli Air cases are waterproof and crushproof and offer additional sizes to the Peli Protector and Peli Storm case lines.

The 1745 case features press and pull latches to keep the lid firmly closed during transit but to open easily on arrival. Stainless steel bearing wheels are built in for easy transportation of heavier loads. The 1745 is 1118mm long x 426mm wide and 206mm deep (internal measurements) and is available with Pick n Pluck™ foam for protection against impact, vibration and shock.

The Peli Air range has been hugely popular and there are now twelve sizes available. They are all engineered to maintain the same level of durability as the classic Peli cases, but reduce the weight of each case by up to 40 percent. The Air case range is constructed of premium lightweight HPX2 resin, the next generation of Peli’s proprietary formula that rebounds from stress without breaking.
