About RCFilm & TV Set Construction
Russell Fulton, a founder member of the Irish Film and Television Academy is experienced in all Televison, Film and Theatre Set Construction.
Before the closure of the BBC Design Department he worked as Design Workshop Supervisor for BBC Northern Ireland and then as Construction Manager, ending his career there as one of only six BBC Scenic Services Organisers in the British Isles.
As a result of his great all round experience he has worked as Construction Manager on most of the films made in NI in the last 10 years.
